Some of Christ's last words here on earth were what is commonly known to us today as the Great Commission. This last command describes us as his witnesses bearing His name to the ends of the earth. As Christians, we try to fulfill this command by actively advancing the name of Jesus in many different ways. |
The Great Commission |
We support the teaching of Christianity and the planting of Christian churches in every ethnic group, all around the world. We currently support mission work among Native Americans, the Appalachian hill people, French Muslims, Mongolian and Kenyan nationals, and Haitian Christians. At home in Georgetown, the Word of God is taught regularly in our Church on Sunday mornings. |
